the industry’s most exacting standards. We have all the equipment
necessary to provide a “turnkey” service. We can manufacture
high-quality 8-color shrinkable labels with rotogravure printing using
nacreous, metallized, and fluorescent ink. We can also do matting.
Our factory
started out as several enterprises which worked not only in Russia but
in all the countries of the former CIS. They have now come together to
form a single company that can do everything from design to manufacture
and logistics.
First, we can manufacture shrinkable PVC film for printing with a maximum shrinkage rate up to 52%.
Secondly the print line is equipped
with several machines for rotogravure printing with automatic color
registration (both in longitudinal, and in lateral), slitter-rewinders
for both incoming and target preparation of a rolled material, etc.
And, last but not least our manufacturing line, where shrinkable sleeves are directly produced both in rolls and in stacks.
It is equipped with high-speed machines for seaming the sleeves, and
cuttings labels into stacks. We also have inspection machines which
control the final quality of the labels. We also have machines for
manufacturing bags or specialized labels, including heat sealed
curvilinear bases.
We can also make PVC seamless shrinkable tubes for packing long products or as a tamper-evident seal for products such as pharmaceuticals, alcohol and foodstuffs.
